This coffee is collected from various shareholders in the Dimtu area then processed at the Kerchanshe washing station. Processing is a 48hr fermentation time, 24 hour soak, then dried for 10-12 days on raised beds.

We roast as needed to keep things fresh n' tasty. If your coffee order is not immediately available and fresh by our standards, it will be included on the next roast day.
