Once collected, the coffee makes its way to the Eshete PLC washing station which is owned and run by Alemayu Yirdaw, Gizaw Alemayu, and Wondosen Alemayu.  Upon arrival, the coffee gets 36 hours of fermentation, a 12 hour soak and then dries for 10-13 days on raised beds.
